Hotel Accommodation

 

The Scaramuzzi Team Girovagare Viaggi will manage hotel registrations. Block booking at special Conference rates have been made in hotels of various price categories in Firenze. The selected hotels are located within a walking distance from the Conference Center. Due to the limited hotel availability in Firenze, participants are suggested to reserve well before the Conference date. The deadline for reservation is 30 June 2002. After this date the hotel reservation cannot be guaranteed.

Reservations are to be made directly by participants.

Hotel reservations and credit card numbers with expiry date (only as a guarante) must be received by the Scaramuzzi Team Girovagare Viaggi. You will pay directly at the hotel. A confirmation for hotel accommodation will be sent by the local agency.
If no credit card is available, you will be asked to pay a first night deposit directly to the hotel after receiving the hotel confirmation. In case of no show without any written notice to the agency, the hotel reserves the right to charge the price of the first night.
The agency will assign a double room for single use if no single room is available.
