No registration will be processed after 13 September 2002.

Conference pre-registration and Workshop registration desks will be opened at the Florence Conference Center, Piazza Adua 1, on Monday 23 September from 8:00 to 16:00 and during the Conference (24-26 September).

Registration will be confirmed upon receiving the registration fee. The payment's receipt will be delivered at the registration desk with the Conference material.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations can only be accepted if a written notice is sent by e-mail to ESSDERC-ESSCIRC 2002 Secretariat, Attn: Mrs. Maria Teresa Tibaldi (mariateresa.t@inwind.it) before 30 August 2002. A charge of 20% of the Total Registration Fees will be withheld in order to cover administration and banking costs. After August 30, no refund is possible, but a copy of the Proceedings and CDROM will be delivered after the Conference. All refunds will be processed after the Conference.
