Evaluation Report
You are kindly requested to read and evaluate only the papers contained in the zipped file of your Committee and rate them according to the following criteria: 

Rating criteria:

0 (absolutely reject) - 9 (absolutely accept) 
1-2 strong reject 
3-4 weak reject 
5-6 weak accept 
7-8 strong accept 
N not rated, please use "Remarks" field to explain. 
P already published, please use "Remarks" field for where published. 

You are required to extensively motivate your mark in order to solve some conflicts during the Selection meeting, in particular if you cannot participate to the meeting. We kindly ask you to abstain from evaluating any papers submitted from your Institution and, in all cases where a conflict of interest could araise.

Evaluation Deadline


Please return your evaluation before TUESDAY 30APRIL 2002. Notice that a limited time slot is left to us for the statistic elaboration, in order to give you the largest possible time for evaluation. In this way you will receive the mark statistics by Friday, 3rd, May, 2002.
 You have to return by mail your marks to the Conference Local Oganizing Chair:
